Cell C no feedback
I signed a contract with Bluenet Via Cell c for The agreed amount of R439.00 when i received my monthly statement the contract went up to R952.89 i then called Cell C after numerous request i spoke to Dumi in billing and she said that a compliant will be logged to investigate and i will be called back / send a message with a ref number STILL NOTHING. I also spoke to Karabo Ref number ********** ********** 94 where she confirmed that billing should rectify because the amount was capture incorrectly (voice recording) I would like a call back from management. **********
