Cell C - no data revieved as part of contract

Hi. I have a cell phone contract with CELL C at East London Hemingways mall. At the end of last month I received my monthly free minutes, free MMS, but no data, which is 1G. I also saw that "black data" was showing instead of my normal data that I should be receiving. I definitely know that I have not signed up for anything extra or changed my normal data to "black data" When I had checked the Data usage on my cell phone it said 335mb. This is also not the first time this has happened where I haven't received my data but everything else. I then visited CELL C at Heminways Mall to try see what was happening with my data that I was suppose to receive. The gent behind the counter asked me for the cell number etc. He mentioned that I have received everything I should for this month. I showed him my contract and explained to him what has happened. He then mentioned that I should get the contract owner in, which is my dad. My dad finally came in and explained then to another gent what has happened. He then said that my "data saver" should have been on and showed me on my phone, that I had not used all my data but rather what was left of the previous month. He said "You have used all your data ma'am". This whole month I haven't had any data and could not do what I was suppose to with not having to receive my data. I can not understand, because I didn't even receive my normal data or sign up for "black data". Please could you assist. It feels as if we aren't getting any where with Cell C.
