Cell C No Customer Service

Logged a support ticket with customer care as I am unable to receive calls or SMSs. Firstly I get an email response saying they tried to call me but couldnt get hold of me. You dont say. It has been a week now and after following up twice I still have not had any assistance even after mentioning to them I need my SMSs sorted so I can get my registration SMSs for my Covid vaccination. But that has fallen on deaf/dumb ears. One of the two. Cell C clearly dont care about the well-being and safety of South Africans
