Cell C - no customer service !!!

I terminate my contract, and CellC put a debit order through on my account , even though per the branch I went to end my contract at , I was paid up in full ....

Been trying to solve this issue for 2 months , many phonecalls , emails and ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION or FEEDBACK...

The support center will tell you they will call back , but they do not , the accounts dept will also tell you the same , but not call back , you send emails to collections , not a single response ....

Terrible customer service by the help desk ... I will warn everyone I speak to about there abysmal 'customer service'
