Cell C = No Customer Service

I am very unhappy with cell c. It has taken more than a month, with still no assistance from them whatsoever just to get a paid up letter. Every time I phone the call centre I am told that someone will phone me and the issue has been escalated only to receive sms's saying it has been resolved when I have not had any feedback from cell c whatsoever. I have now been advised that I need to contact another department of cell c, which can only be done via email which is unacceptable as I will once again not get any assistance or any feedback. I have now resorted to leaving a very bad review as cell c customer service delivers ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE and NO ASSISTANCE sending you from pillar to post. Can someone from Cell C please phone me and get his issue sorted out before I take you to the ombudsman
