Cell C- No customer centricity!

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer care shown by Cell C! It is pathetic to think that you are dealing with a reputable company only to be treated like a number on a spread sheet. I have taken out a contract roughly 7 months ago for 2* Huawei nova 11I cellphones. Approximately 2 months after receiving my devices, one of the phones ran into an issue- It kept on re-starting non-stop whilst in use. I went into the cell C store in Newcastle, Kzn and reported the fault, i was advised that it needs to be booked into repairs. Hesitantly i agreed and send the phone for assessment, it took around 2 weeks for the phone to return to me- Repaired. After another 2 months the phone did the very same thing again! I was furious and demanded that they either cancel my contract or replace my device as the same problem occurred again. Cell c Newcastle stated that they cannot do that and i need it to be repaired again. I even asked for the regional managers details- Only to be told that the regional said that he cannot do anything different. Pathetic! The phone arrived back to me 3 weeks ago, and guess what, it started restarting again yesterday! Do not support Cell C- The lack of care towards their customers is unsettling.
