Cell C no compassion and no help

My sister's phone was ******. This was a phone that my late brother got for her and had the number ported from his name to hers. Now Cell C claims that the number was never ported and that we need an ID and death certificate of my late brother. I sent a photo of the death certificate as I have no way of scanning this. I tried to speak to Albert at the Wonderpark branch telefonically to explain that the ID card of a deceased person is destroyed. This man has no compassion for my sister who was ribbed or for my family who are now required to bring up my brother's untimely death again. Albert was arrogant disrespectful and no help at all. I convinced my entire family to join Cell C but now I think we should all leave if this is the treatment you receive from a store manager.
