Cell C no communication

Worst administration. In January 2021 a *****ulent contract with Cell C was opened using my information. I reported the matter and according to the letter received from Cell C, they acknowledge the case as being *****ulent. Since then for the last three years Cell C's debt collector, Nudebt has been harassing me to pay the contract. No amount of phone calls or emails to either company to resolve the case is successful.
