Cell C no Care call agent Pretty #Rude Masango

Just phoned the customer Care line. Spoke to the rudest woman ever. Her name was Pretty Masango. How can you call it a customer care line if you consultants don’t care and is blatendly rude. My husband after he was identified asked me to speak and she just refused. He then spoke Afrikaans with her and she said she does not understand. He told her that’s why my wife is speaking. She had the badest attitude. Normally they don’t mind. I know procedures all to well, but there was no need to be so rude. I would like to know how you can put someone like that on your call centre care line if she does not know how to speak with clients.
