Cell C no assistance at all
Phoned monday to black list a phone that has been damaged but the insurance wants the black list number. Was told they cant blacklist immediately but that they opened a case and it will be resolved in 48 hours 4 days later still no sms with black list number as promised. Every time i phone same story and i have to keep on explaining just the phone NOT the number must be blacklisted. Poor service
