Cell C no able to deliver
I am absolutely disgusted with Cell C. I have app**** for a new line and order a laptop. I have asked that my laptop be delivered to my work address. I have never received a call or confirmation from the courier company to say that they are planning on delivering my laptop. I phoned Cell C last week to explain and asked that my delivery address be changed to my home address. Again their courier company did not contact my. Today (23/12/2021)i received a message from Cell C that my case is closed. When i called Cell C i was advised that the laptop is back with Cell C and i have to re-apply. What kind of service is that
