Cell C: Nightmare Network!!!
After leaving a prior review here, going into a branch twice (which makes my total branch visits 6 times relating to the same issue), my problem with Cell C still persists!
My payment has still not been allocated to my account. I am still receiving a bill saying that I owe Cell C an amount which I paid at the beginning of September!
The mind boggles as to how such a simple task can not be completed by Cell C. This after repeated calls with Cell C's call center, and after 6 branch visits!
One can only assume that the Cell C administration is in shambles with extremely poor communication. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK, and choose Vodacom or MTN!
The Cell C horror story continues. Absolutely disgusting service!
