Cell c nightmare...

For the past 6 months I have been calling cell c to cancel their Get more benefits which I'm not using.... I speak to Cell c reps but they don't update or cancel the subscription... I thought I could trust the company when the lady who sold me the product said I can cancel at any time but my billing every month seems to be increasing.. I want my money back please because I have been communicating to Cell c reps and they pretend to cancel then they don't... It's my money and I work hard for it sooo please stop with taking my money and take only what due to you which is cell c subscription for a phone nothing else.
