CELL C NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't even know why i still get shocked by the appauling service one receives from Cell C, I called their contact centre countless times in May asking for a statement for my account, i eventually received the statement, I immediately setup a stop order in my account to go off every month, the account was paid in May, i was shocked to get a debit order also going off, after 5 days i receive a call from their lawyers that my account has been handed over, bare in mind that all this is happening without Cell C ever sending me an communication about anything, i informed the lawyers that i am paying Cell C directly, they asked for the proof of payment and i sent it, things went quiet then another debit order was deducted in July, now on the 2nd of August i receive an email from the lawyers that my account hasnt been paid and that they will register a default against my name with the credit beraux, Can someone at Cell C please do their job, you cannot debit our accounts and claim we are not paying you, you cannot hand us over to lawyers ********ly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was called by Moses from your offices, I would have appreciated if he had called me with a mandate to resolve my problem or atleast try and give me a different experience, Moses called to inform me that firstly Cell c doesn't have to call me or send me any communication in regards to my account, if Cell c sends me any communication it is courtesy and not a necessity, he also informed me that according to him Cell c had only received 1 payment from me, he didn't bother to explain why Cell c was still debiting my account, neither did he even apologise for anything, I ended up hanging up on him as he kept talking over me refusing to listen to what I was trying to say. He told me I would need to speak to the lawyers and make payments directly to the lawyers, again I ask, how do I do that when Cell c is debiting my account directly??????????????????????????
