Its been 6 mounths now no help from cell c i stop paying my bill for the last 3 mounths now but still no one will phone me It seems like i need to get a letter from my lawyer

Cell c newcastle mall cant help me and customer care as well so what must i do ?? Im done licking there @#s to help me
