Cell C new contract horrible service

Horrible horrible service, i app**** for a new sim in december and it hasn’t been delivered even now end of january, when i call them their call center agents lindiwe and sihle put me on hold for 3 minutes only for lindiwe to come and tell me i should just go apply at the store, i’m so dissaponted in cell C, been sending emails for the past 4 weeks, cellc service has been decreased to ****a shop tactics
