Cell C new contract
Got a call from CellC for a new contract. Went through the checks and got approved on the 02/12/2024. Delivery of the handset was said to be 5 days. 12th today and still no delivery. Called CellC and got told that it was approved by the outbound call centre, they cant assist with this. Apparently the device is sold out with no ETA for new ones. Cant even give me a number to call, I have to wait for the call centre to phone me. Been with Vodacom for years now, decided to give them a try. not a good 1st impression
