Cell C never refunded my money.

I upgraded with Cell C November /December 2018. The upgrade was done online.. I chose the headset Huawei P20 but they sent me Huawei P smart instead. I returned the headset which they confirmed they received. The problem is THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE P20. They kept debiting the monthly contract payment. I went to Cell C outlet at the mall near me to complain, the consultants there really tried to help me by calling the customer service but we were sent from pillar to post. I went again this February 2020, the consultants helped me again, called customer service. My contract was then reversed, then I upgraded from the start. MY MAIN PROBLEM IS, THE MONEY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DEBITING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR WAS NEITHER REFUNDED NOR CREDITED INTO MY CONTRACT. ACCOUNT. I feel ****** by Cell C. I want my money back.
