CELL C - NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN!!!!

During the month of April I have cancelled 2 of my Cell C Contracts, they have inform me that I need to give one month notice, which I agreed to. End of May, they deducted again my bank account, again I phone them in June. With a shock I found out, that my contracts are still active. They promise me that they will looked into it and if necessary they will listen to my voice recordings. End of June Cell C deducted another premium, I have report them to HelloPeter and within minutes a Manager phone me, promise me to sort out everything. She phone me later the day confirm that my Contracts was still active and I've I want to cancel them if immediate effect, I will lose the credits on the phone. I'm so fed up with Cell C, that didn't bother me, I just want to get rid of them, for once and for all. She apologise and assured me, that the contracts was cancelled. This morning I received a sms for my bank, my account was debit again, I phone Cell C (Don't know I've I must laugh or cry), both of my contracts are still active!!!! If a Manager at Cell C isn't trust worthy or have the ability to do her job, are there any future for this Company!!! I really don't know how to handle this any more, I had beg, scream, threathend....NOTHING WORKS!!! 3 MONTHS LATER AND MY ACCOUNTS ARE STILL ACTIVE!!!
