Cell C -never ending contract
Hi, I have taken up a contract with Cell C on the 01/02/09 which suppose to have ended on the 01/02/11. However for some reason I am still getting debited to this date with the amount of R145.01. after numerous chats with the call centre I still do not get any joy with the solving of this matter. I just want something to be recoverable from all of this. I even had people from the call centre asking me to send my bank statement as proof but I had no feedback. I have been to many Cell C branches & they say im off the system ... where is my money going!Please help<br>

This matter was solved according for about 2 months, however the debit of R145.01 has been taken out of my account at the end of April & end May hereof. i am now being forced to go the legal route with Cell C. how is my account being hacked for the debit ti stop & start again.
this is disturbing, i will be very greatful to get my 2 months money back & Cell C to please stop taking money out of my account with immediate effect.
