CELL C NEVER CALLS BACK TO UNBLOCK MY PHONE! USELESS.
Im so sick and tired of waiting for someone to call me back regarding my cellphone contract! its been over 30 days and iv had absolutley no help, they handed my whole contract over to the attorneys and cancelled my contact. i do not want to cancel my contract! iv asked how many times to please give me an amount to sort the contract out but no one gets back to me. when i call they say i must call the attorneys. please cell c call me back so i can make payment on my account and get my contract running again.

Iv been fighting with the attorneys and cell c for over two months to date. The attorneys are demanding R22 000.00 from me for the contract ***. The attorneys say the contract has been cancelled and handed over due to no payment.
I do not want to cancel the contract!!! I will pay the outstanding months for the contract to have the phone switched back on. But I cannot afford the R22 000.00 at the attorneys! I STILL WANT THE CONTRACT!
Please can someone urgently call me back with regards to this error. When I went into cell c in Vincent park Center they told me I have to call in or go to the attorneys!
This is absolutely shocking as when I spoke to the attorneys, they are so unprofessional and have shocking telephone etiquette. She is very rude, does not assist me. I’m really disgusted by the way the attorneys handle my matter and speak to me.
