Cell C. Never again!

Non existent! I have been trying to cancel a contract that has reached it's maturity. 10 days of calls reference numbers promised call backs and endless security checks. Transferred tòo many times just to arrive back at customer service and the cycle starts again. Extremely poor system. Their cancellation line is not working and has been down for days.
