Cell C - Never Again!!!

<p>I cancelled my Cell C Contract in October 2016 and paid the cancelation amount as requested at the time. Late night on the 30th of November 2016 a debit order went off for Cell C with the same amount as that I paid in October. This wasn't petty cash to me. On the 1st of December 2016 I phoned to query the Debit Order and requested a refund - just so you know both amounts was confirmed lying on my previous Cell C account. They made it sound so easy and quick for a refund to be paid out to me I couldn't believe it. HA!!! Joke was on me... two weeks later and they tell me I have to wait another 7 work days for THEIR mistake to be corrected!!! I've centainly learnt my lesson with CELL C - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!</p>
