Cell C Network staff laughing at customer when customer explains the network issues

One of your network team members called me. He was very arrogant and rude.

He didn’t want to listen to what I am experiencing from the network as a customer at first, that I had to scream at him to explain from my side. Then as I explained he laughs at me as if I am stupid and doesn’t understand Wi-Fi , my phone or phone settings and denies that he laughed. I told him that I don’t like is attitude and the way he is speaking to me as a customer. So I requested him to get a technician out on Saturday to my home to test the signal and put the phone down.

He called me the second time, apologised for his behaviour. He is not sure when a technician can go to my place and assured me Saturday was a public holiday (which is understandable). He also assured me that I’ll get a reference number after the call, which I have not received at all. He called me on the 22nd of September '16 at 12:36 and 12:45.

Please report this bad behaviour from this person, you don’t treat customers in this manner.

I would prefer to speak to someone who is Afrikaans from your network team, reason being to better explain myself and better understanding from both sides.

I have sent Theodorah an email on the 26th of September '16 regarding the above, with no response as well. Only reference number I have is ********** 681.

Hope this issue will be resolved a.s.a.p.

Thank you.
