Cell c network speed throttling
When I was on prepaid I use to get on average 8 mbs now that I'm on contract with a 30gig day 30 gig night surfer package. I get on average 1.2 mbs. As soon as the time hits 20h00 I get on average 0.3 mbs. Throttling all the way. Is there a way I can cancel my contract?
