Cell C ************* network provider

I have previously complained on this platform about Cellc deducting money for a contract that was cancelled with them, they contacted me to indicate that they will assist me with getting my refund, to this date nothing has happened, my money is still not paid into my account, I am very disappointed in them, the seven days payment that I was promised turned into months, as I am typing this, this is the fourth month that my money is still not paid, I call them every week they keep on changing reference numbers for me and telling me that they do not know when will they decide to pay my money back only the credit department knows when and that they do not have their contact details
