Cell C Network problems

I am really fed up of Cell C putting my phone in "Emergency Calls Only". I pay so much for my phone every month. I have to struggle for more than 30 minutes to get signal again. And when I do get signal it is so weak. I am very disappointed in Cell C these days I even consider not to renew my contract next year. Something has to be done
