Cell C network problem for days

These guys is a joke! I am experiencing problems with their internet connectivity for the past 4 days and nobody can give answers, last night I called a person providing me with a reference number stating that someone will call me within 24 hours, tonight I called in and the lady told me that she will not be able to assist me as my personal details do not correspond to their system so I lost it. Now I will stop their debit order because if they cannot provide the service they cannot get payment!
