Cell c Network non existent and appalling to say the least.

2 months back I bought a home connecta flexi sim card and some bundles to use for work...as I'm Working from home. Initially all was well and the LTE worked perfectly...this week was hell for me. Couldn't work at all. The network keeps dropping and no internet access throughout the day . I called customer care more then 5 times and all they saying is I should take out the sim and put it back in or register on their network again. Tried everything but nothing's seems to work. Bought the 1TB bundle on monday and I sadly regret that decision. Money wasted and still no internet...what's worse is I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund because it's in the T's and C's. I am utterly disgusted by the network. Cant even register on the cell c anymore...this is such a disappointment.
