Cell C Network

Cell C has not being having internet or network since the first of February and I paid the contract money on the 20th of January, today I paid another and it has not being working since then. I asked them to call me from Contract cancelation department and nothing has been, I was hanged since Tuesday even now the problem is not solved.

I just want my refund for two months and a compensation for the inconvenience because I had to buy data from my pocket for my academics and for them to close the contract because it’s overdue
