CELL C NEGLIGENCE CAUSED ME A NEGATIVE PROFILE
Cell C has **********ly opened an account under my name in 2019, I went through the process of proving that my names were **********ly used, they send me a letter confirming that the account is closed, and my name will be cleared with the credit bureaus. But when I tried to apply for credit with Capitec Bank and they have informed me that there is a negative listing against my name, when they checked, they found CellC. This is unacceptable because now I cannot apply for credit peacefully all because of Cell C. All I want is for my name to be cleared so I can be able to apply for credit.
