Cell C needs to wake up

Worst service provider ever. I am very upset about hou cell c is handeling there loyal customers and not even menssion the incompatent staff at cell c klerksdorp. No problems since may of this year. My contract went through debit order One month i get a statement saying i have credit om my contract, the next i have to pay over a R10000, the take it by debit order , every month the amount is different and i an on a fixed contract not open. I then changed the payment from debit to eft so i can see what the problem is. I pay eft AND they deduct the amount from my bank, and do not allocate either of the payments to my statement, i phoned them and they say i am over R3000 behind on payment and suspended my service. I went to the branch to ask what is going on and the consultant jyst said i must phone head office they have more knowlage about this stuff. Why are the there if they cant even check an account!!!!!! This is unbelievable. So now i have a suspended phone that does not work and i payed dubble each month!!!!! And they jusy lift there shoulders and say phone head office. Which by the way i spoke to several times and keep getting the answer the will contact the manager and get back to me. Why are the people in shops and call centres if the "cant do anything" someone needs to wake up at cell c and sort out my account. I am paying dubble for a phone i cant use.
