Cell C needs to do better!

I took out a contract with Cell C last year around this time and everything was going fine until I took my phone in for repairs. After a while the repairs department informed me that they are not able to repair my phone and that they would have to replace it. After calling them countless times asking about my phone I was told the size (Gigabyte) of the phone had been discontinued and I had two options: either to cancel the contract or to renew it. I chose the first option and i'm being sent pillar to post! one department (repairs department) says I wont be charged a penalty fee for cancelling the contract and the other (retention department) says i have to pay a penalty fee. I am sick and tired of calling and wasting my airtime on Cell C!! just cancel my contract already!
