Cell C needs a wakeup call

So i have 5 contracts with cell c. April i upgraded 3. After that cell c agents made me crazy with phone calls to upgrade the other two. I was contacted on my ***. Eventially i decided to listen to the one agent i think his name is marvin in the retenshment department. I told him i dont want to upgrade. He told me to listen coz to keep my *** number he will drop my pricing on two contracts. On the recording i was told my tab 4 will be R99.00 A month my Huawai will be R99.00 a month and my samsung s6 will stay R600.00 and to keep my *** and not upgrade will be R55.00 a month. This is absolute nonsence as now there is no recording but the person who was authorized to drop my contract from 100 to 50 should have my consent or should be able to explain when i gave consent to drop this. Now i pay my contracts cash and will no longer put money in my account untill this issue is resolved. I have phoned 7 times to cell c and everytime i phone marvin will phone me back and im still waiting. He doesnt even have the decency to phone me he just gives a message there is no recording. I have been with cell c for years and i am really dissapointing. I WANT ANSWERS
