Cell C needs a Carte blanch report

I'm to my last end with Cell c now. It's to the end where I want Carter blanch to take this over as one can't Cary om with people that can't do their work. I gave my one month notice to change my phone over to pre paid. After a man phoned me and confirmed that as from the 28th October it will be pre paid. Now it's still on contract and the people keep on phoning me for upgrades and outstanding payments. I told the first lady I won't pay until this is sorted and said she will phone back that never happened. Then a new lady phoned and just said well it will accumulate and I said then it should as I have done my part. Yet again I had to do a hello Peter report as it seems it's the only way they will contact u back. I even send an email to the cell c complaint department and still no feed back. Cell c is employing people that don't know what they doing and then us as consumers had to suffer. This is yet why I canceled all my contracts with Cell c so that I can go to a service provider that at least know what they are doing
