Cell C - need me to draw pictures to understand the problem here?

Not that long ago I complained NO SIGNAL>

then one of your people call to tell me that it is my WhatsApp that cause that my sms and mobile not work (not sure where he was tough the trade) and secondly, my WhatsApp home runs off the WiFi as informed.

And then silence. Like your NON EXISTENT service here.

IF YOU STRUGGLE TO CALL ME IT IS BECAUSE YOUR SIGNAL RANGE AT MY HOUSE IS **** - plain and simple. WhatsApp me then or call via WhatsApp because that is all that works for me ......

Do I need to draw a picture for you maybe?

Three days on and no news from you yet. Do I need to submit how many more complaints to get someone to TRY and connect to me?? REMEMBER - If YOU can not connect to me - how the heck will anyone else accomplish that? Monday I will lodge a complaint action if I am not contacted during the morning. Network people or not.....

Your consultant blamed WHATSAPP for not having a signal to make text messages or receive any, or phone calls for that matter. Little hard to explain to a "trained" consultant that from home my WhatsApp runn off the WiFi and NOT the network at all. Also suggesting I "connect to other towers" i.e. your apparent Vodacom partnership - bad news, again! Will not allow for that (phone / network - not me) I wonder if I immigrate to Zimbabwe if their phone networks will actually work? Starting to consider the options ...... ((
