Cell C Ndofaya Mall bad service

Good day,

I am not happy with the service I received from Tyronica Oliobi at Cell c in Ndoyafa mall. I went to the store requesting a bill statement having my drivers license and she refused to assist me. I then asked her why cant she assist me, she said I must bring an ID book. I told her that I am not having my ID book with me but I only have my drivers license. She then told me that I am a stupid & I don’t know the difference between ID book and a drivers license. I only wanted to make payment on my account. Please teacher her customer service. I am very disappointment with cellc because of her.
