Cell C must stop being bullies and start treating their customers with respect. I am going to pay for this phone, it is not like they are giving it for free.

Cell C is the worst service provider. They do not work to satisfy their customer but to make themselves rich. I needed a phone and I was convinced that Honor 90 has the best features as compared to the one I wanted. I took the Honor yesterday (28/01/24) and when I get home I discovered that this phone was not what I wanted, so I decided to take it back today (29/01/24). Now they can't take it back because the packaging is open. I don't understand how was I supposed to see the phone without opening it.
