Cell c must shutdown

If i could i would rate cell c level of assistance as worse than worse, I’ve been unemployed since 2020 sept i payed my cell phone contracts with my provident fund and i send proof that i am unemployed and i will pay with what i have now they cut my line so that no one can phone me how do you expect me to get a Work to pay my cellphone bill if my lines are so cut that I can’t even receive phone calls its the number on my cv previously the just cut the line so i cant phone out but still receive calls but now now what now I can’t do a thing i will take this up with my lawyer because i did send proof to cell c they dont make any effort to help me with a down payment or anything i need answers and i need them quick I could’ve been employed but my lines are of for receiving phone calls
