Cell C must just shut down

My Cell C contract has been suspended for a month now. I am told I have not made payment. I have sent proof of payments more than 4 times to show that Cell C has been debiting my account but to date no one has come back to me. On the 15th April Busisiwe Mgwatyityi gave me false hope telling me that her manager is working on fixing my issue. All I want right now is for this to be sorted so that I can pay off the Account and close it. I have been using this number for more than 10years, does Cell C expect me to change my number and get blacklisted for their ridiculous service? I hope someone will in that Cell C ****a shop is capable of assisting me.
