CELL C MUST GET A LIFE

I called Cell C line to do a swim swap and because I couldn't remember the numbers I dial frequently the failed to assist me. The agent referred me to the shop and when I get to the shop I was told to go to the police station to do affidavit, I had my Proof residence with me and my ID why must I do affidavit, what is the purpose of RICA . Do they consider age group, disability. this totally unacceptable and creating more work for police services that has already have a lots of work to be done, police station is for crime not communication.

I am an old disable person and my movements are limited. I depend on people to drive me around. My main question is what is the purpose of RICA. I have my ID and proof of residence how can I commit ***** using my details that matches on your system. Come on guys this really sucks its a prepaid and not contract phones. Bought a new phone and I cant tell if its faulty or not. I do all my payments on this number and anyone can access my account without notification. Do I have to lose something before you act. This is a south African disease " wait for something bad to happen before we act"If I cant get any service withing 12 hrs I will port my number to another service provider ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We understand your frustration, maybe the SIM is not RICA'd under your name, which could be the reason for the affidavit but don't worry, someone will look into this and assist.

I have checked the way you respond to others and all your answers are robotic as if you are answered by machines. I hate to be kept waiting as if I owe you something. I buy the card, air time and data all I am asking is a simple sim swap and you have all my details in your system and I cant understand why it is so difficult to process my request. I will be sending messages until I get my answers and if not the first thing tomorrow I will be porting my number to MTN

I have lost a battle with cell c and the solution is to move to another service provider and if anyone ask me about CELL C service I will proudly say forget it, the service REALLY SUCKS!!!!
