Cell c must fall. Useless network ever in south africa.

Yesterday the 2nd of July cell c called me regarding the network problems i have so i explained them that its been for years that we have this problem. I asked for them to put in a signal booster that rude black guy who called me tells me they can not do that. He said if i am not getting signal then i must cancel my contract. Today when i call the call centre department to put me through to retentions they refuse too. I want this dam contracts to be cancelled. I am sick and tired of cell c. Im absolutely fed up that i have filled in the forms to the ombudsman for telecommunications. My dear south african people do not choose this ****ed up network cell c.!!!!!!
