Cell C must fall

I have been dealing with Cell C for the past 6 weeks. The above mentioned is two of the gentlemen who assisted me and I have to say Cell C the worst service ever! I want to cancel my Fibre account with you and the refuse to assist me. When asking for the manager the try and avoid the matter completely. Every time I call or email Sipho he tells me we are within the 4 - 6 week installation time and does not give me any other information. And this has been going on for 6 weeks. This is unecepteble and no one wants to man up and give me a managers details. If anyone can help, how do I go about canceling a fiber account?
