Cell C must be fair with customers especially if the contract has lapsed and all parties have paid each other as the contract
I had a contract with Cell C for a period of 24 months, that I took for my Wife. I have serviced it well and cancelled it on the 24 month, but Cell C is still debiting on my account, and they even say I am on arears.
