Cell C MUST BE AVOIDED BY ALL MEANS

I am due for a contract upgrade and went onto their website to view deals. Something I was interested caught my eye and I sent them a message from the site, requesting they call me back to discuss this further. After the 4th time of submitting my request, i decided it was time to cancel my contract as their service was/is appalling, non existent. Their call centre, during the process of my cancellation, cut me off twice, and never bothered to call me back, as I would have expected a service provider would do. And, as their are no more stores down the South Coast of KZN, because they closed our closest one and a lot of their stores country wide, I cant even go in and sort the problem out. IF ITS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WANT, AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER, DONT EXPECT IT FROM CELL C.
