Cell C most useless company in SA

Been a loyal customer since for 20 years and now this. If there was a way to rate negatively you would be there seeing 1 start is about 10 to much for your poor useless service. I canceled your useless c fibre service last year, gave 1 month notice and the it all started, c fibre did not release my line and debited my account again although it was canceled.

I am asking for nearly 1 year now for the proof that I was on a pay in arrears agreement all though the month to month agreement terms and conditions states that it is pay in advance.

When the subscription amount decreased Cell c did not decrease my month to month subscription but instead kept on charging me a higher amount, this is how Cell c does business.

Without any proof Cell c has handed this over to mbd and they are harassing me daily with phone calls, mail and sms's. I have all ready cancelled the fibre with Cell c, i down graded 1 voice contract from R1000 per month to R50, I am going to move the remaining 2 contracts to another SP if this is not sorted out.
