CELL C- MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!!!
I received a phone I did not even order, still standing at my place of work in the box, waiting for you guys to come and collect. You are deducting my bank account for service charges and I did not even order this phone!!!! I have been trying to call your service department numerous times and there is absolutely no answer. What do I do now? I am not happy at all and will never ever refer anyone to you guys ever again!!!
