cell C most horrible service provider

Cell C is the most horrible service provider. My Wifi Fibre Account is not in arrears but they suspended my services. I spend hours on the phone today to try find out why and what happened. No one is willing to help. The account is on my husband’s name but he is not working in SA. So how on earth will they reconnect me. I will definitely not pay a reconnection fee.
