Shocking service from Head Office - they make such enormous errors and then no one gets back to you to amend them. I sit on the phone for over an hour and only hear that annoying song, NOT ONE PERSON PICKS UP THE PHONE!!! Its a disgrace, I am moving to another provider - there are a bunch of *****s in Cell C.

04 Jul 2018, 12:59I have been on the phone for hours, this is a total disaster, I am literally on hold now to your legal team who must be sleeping because I have been on hold for hours not only today but since the 27 June. The customer service people say that your office hours are 8-5 Monday to friday well I think everyone sleeps in your legal dept.
