Cell C more like Cell F!!!

Last week saturday 12 May I went to cell c at mall of the south to get my new iphone x. I charged the phone the entire day until sunday when i needed to go back to potch university. On the sunday I setup my phone and it said it had a new ios update! I updated the phone. That night the phone went off giving the apple sign and came on again, by itself. The monday i struggled with the phone as it was lagging and very slow to respond! I then took the phone to cell c in potch where the phone was making a glitch infront of the people who work there, the screen was moving up and down by itself asif someone was scrolling. I also had a problem with putting profile photos on as it made a time circle that took long to load the photo! This is all happening during the week The people asked me to bring the charger etc and book in the phone. At home i droped the phone When i booked it in as OBF they said i need to pay for the phone and it is not an OBF because i droped it! But the problem from the phone started ever since i got the phone!!! I have been with cell c from 2004 and have never asked for anything! But this is pathetic!!! The phone was faulty from the start they still need to replace it and give me a new one!!! I will make sure my entire family stops their contract with cell c
